The Rainbow Bridge

Published by marycaelsto at 2:22 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

When you want to connect with someone you haven’t seen or heard from in a long time, the rainbow bridge ritual can be very beneficial. Basically it creates a “heart bridge” between you and the other individual. Because it happens outside the material realm, it’s far easier to get a higher self connection without all the “stuff” from our lives interfering.

The most important parts of the rainbow bridge are to make sure that you’re calm, relaxed, and ready to listen.

Remember, this ritual happens on a higher self level. Leave your ego, your emotions, and your expectations at the door. When you’re ready, find a quiet place to sit (or lay down, whatever is comfortable for you). Imagine a ball of light at heart-level. Give or throw this light into the air, forming a bridge or rainbow. When you’re ready, rise to one end of the bridge.

The person you want to talk to can come to the other end of the bridge. Don’t force it. If they don’t show up then project your desire that they are well. Tell them, even if they’re not there, what you wish. If you feel the need to apologize or tell them you love them, depending on the situation, do that as well.

When you’re ready, you can end the ritual. Perform this process a few times, or however many times you feel moved. This kind of heart-to-heart talk is a good way to seek closure for a friend that you no longer see, to express love to someone far away or who has passed away, or to simply try and smooth over an argument.

One Response to “The Rainbow Bridge”

Mary, I love this. Thanks, I will try it on the two relationships I spoke about. However, the first one I thought about was my dad, who passed over many years ago. Actually, a couple of years ago I visited him while I was sleeping. It wasn’t a dream. I know it was a real visit. He looked so healthy and wonderful. I miss him and I’d like to make contact again. Although, he was the one that made the contact last time. I do talk to him and everytime I hear “Mr. Bo Jangles” on the radio, I know it’s him saying hello.
    Thanks.
